This is the "That’s for blasphemy!" achievement awarded when you "Destroy Indy with Jones Snr."

This can be done at the start of the "Castle Rescue" mission during the Last Crusade storyline. Simply switch characters to control Dr.Jones Snr and beat up your AI controlled partner.
