Strong with Anja Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

Load up Xbox Fitness, find the Mobility & Strength Training for Xbox Fitness in the Library, (you may have the option to download but its free) and start it.

For this Challenge, you need to get a 5 Star Rating twice on the workout titled "Lower Body".

Cost: Free (Due to the recent news of Xbox Fitness Closing)
# of Workouts: 2x the first workout
Time of each workout: 30 min
Total Stars needed: 10

Genre: Strength
Name of workout: "Lower Body"
Primary Muscles worked: Legs & Glutes
Equipment: Weights (or None)

Challenge Reward: 2 Stamps
Note: Stamps ARE rewarded right after you finish your second "Lower Body" workout with 5 stars

These Workouts are squat and lung heavy and your legs will get one heck of a workout with Anja Garcia. She is very cute, knowledgeable, and will guide you through a great intensive leg workout.

Side Note: Doing both workouts count toward the "Total-Body Mobility" Challenge achievement if you are going for that as well.
