    Fit Friday Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

    For this Challenge, you need to get a total of 1,125 punches on any workouts on Xbox Fitness that have a punching drill. (Just randomly punching during any workout or drill will not count) All punches from any punch drill workouts will go toward this challenge achievement.

    My suggestion is to do workouts like MOSSA Fight Workout 2 or any other MOSSA workout that has punches. You can punch as many times within a punching drill and they should count. You can pause the workout and rewind to the punching drill over and over or you can complete a MOSSA Fight workout and it will have many opportunities for punching drills within the workout.

    ***DECEMBER 15th UPDATE:***
    If you have not completed this prior to December 15th it will be slightly more difficult as Xbox has removed Mossa Fight today. Please use The Mobility & Strength or Zombies workouts or another workout that has punches to complete this. If you have suggestions of what currently works please leave a comment. Thanks!

    This will tire out your arms if you don't punch properly, so make sure you keep good form so you don't strain your arm muscles. Enjoy going for this challenge and get some more stamps for those other achievements before Xbox Fitness says goodbye.

    Fun Fact: The amount of punches required for this challenge 1,125 are a reference to the date November, 25th, noted as 11/25 in the United States of America! :)

    RenattoooFinished Mossa Fight 3 and got 36%. Throw bit more punch (faster) than usually...

    MathGuy42I don't recall there being any punching in the Zombie or the Mobility & Strength workouts. If there isn't any, then this challenge might become unobtainable for most people on December 15. That's the day that Mossa is supposed to stop streaming. You'll only have access if you bought the workout before the shutdown announcement.

    BigSilentRobIf you're going strictly for this challenge, I recommend the first drill on Mossa Fight 1. Finished the first drill, rewind, repeat the drill. You can throw your punches faster than the instructor shows. Took 15-20 minutes to get 1125.

    MathGuy42Mobility & Strength - Upper Body has 4 drills that count punches: Drills 32, 33, 36, 37. I was able to make some progress on the challenge. Still erratic like Mossa Fight was, but at least I still have 40 days now.

    MathGuy42Thanks for the mention. FYI, it was SherlockGecko who first pointed out that workout here.

    When the Jump challenge starts in January, some of the Zombie drills should work.

    Really stinks that Xbox Fitness barely exists now and will totally go away July 1.

    Gunstar RedThe 4 Mobility & Strength drills MathGuy42 lists work fantastic! Doing all 4 moved the progress bar 15%. Probably the best bet for most people right now since almost everything free got delisted. I have less than 6 programs still available.

    XtowersIf anyone bought P90X, the Fighter X workout got me about 50% progress in one workout.
