Fit Friday Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness
For this Challenge, you need to get a total of 1,125 punches on any workouts on Xbox Fitness that have a punching drill. (Just randomly punching during any workout or drill will not count) All punches from any punch drill workouts will go toward this challenge achievement.
My suggestion is to do workouts like MOSSA Fight Workout 2 or any other MOSSA workout that has punches. You can punch as many times within a punching drill and they should count. You can pause the workout and rewind to the punching drill over and over or you can complete a MOSSA Fight workout and it will have many opportunities for punching drills within the workout.
***DECEMBER 15th UPDATE:***
If you have not completed this prior to December 15th it will be slightly more difficult as Xbox has removed Mossa Fight today. Please use The Mobility & Strength or Zombies workouts or another workout that has punches to complete this. If you have suggestions of what currently works please leave a comment. Thanks!

Challenge Reward: 3 Stamps
This will tire out your arms if you don't punch properly, so make sure you keep good form so you don't strain your arm muscles. Enjoy going for this challenge and get some more stamps for those other achievements before Xbox Fitness says goodbye.
Fun Fact: The amount of punches required for this challenge 1,125 are a reference to the date November, 25th, noted as 11/25 in the United States of America! :)
