Jump Into the New Year Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

Load up Xbox Fitness, find a workout in the Library where there is a lot of jumping, climbing, or squatting and start it.

For this Challenge you need to jump, climb, or squat for 500 meters total.
(Similar to the Xbox Fitness achievement 'Peak Performance' Achievement but significantly less and in Meters NOT Kilometers. [Remember: 1000 Meters = 1 Kilometer])

I suggest doing a workout with a lot of Jumping and climbing like 'JJ Watts Stamina' or 'MOSSA Athlete30' (if purchased), the 'Mobility & Strength Training' or the 'Zombie' workouts. There are many other great workouts for this, just pick what's best for you.
UPDATE: on Dec 15th, Xbox Fitness removed some really good workouts, whatever workouts you purchased will still be available until June, but your selection may be severely limited

Warning: Take it easy on this one as excessive Jumps and Squats can put a lot of pressure on your knees and legs. Be smart, know your limits so you don't hurt yourself.

# of Workouts: 5+ depending on chosen workouts and performance or you can just repeat a jumping drill from the Stamina workout over and over
# of Meters Jumped, Climbed, or Squatted: 500

Have fun with this one, take it easy, and do your best! As always, please drink plenty of water and spread your workouts far enough to make sure you don't hurt yourself. Make sure you are taking the appropriate amount of protein for your muscles after you finish a workout so you aren't sore the next day! Enjoy going for this challenge and get some more stamps for those other achievements before Xbox Fitness says goodbye.
