How to unlock the Rage against the machines achievement

Rage points are mostly earned by killing enemies and spent using powerups. You'll need to buy a powerup when you level up. They're the little bubbles over the active skills. You can use powerup manually with

, but it's much easier to just turn on auto-powerup in the options menu. This will use your rage points as soon as you earn them, ensuring none are wasted.

If you use auto-powerup, you should get the achievement about halfway through the story mode.

I had "auto" set and the in-game notice said that I unlocked the achievement at the Factory level, but my counter stopped at 98% and it never advanced from there. Cheevo still hasn't popped for my Xbox account.

Same issue as Dom2096, 97%

For those whose tracker is stuck at 90-98%.
1) Turn off the Internet
2) Delete the save from the console
3) Start the game, create a character
4) Turn on the Internet
5) finish off the remaining rage points and get the achievement
6) turn off the Internet, exit the game, delete the save.
7) Turn on the Internet, download your character and continue playing
