Load up any puzzle on the easy difficulty and study it for a minute to find some easy matches to get off the bat and quickly match them. If you're quick enough you should be able to get them within 15 seconds.
If you're having trouble with the above method then you can use the hint feature by pressing the "H" key on your keyboard and then clicking on one of the two glowing tiles to clear the match off the board. Repeat this quickly four more times to finish it off.
