  This will require the diving suit and knife, both are acquired through story progression. Tremorclaw Crabs spawn around the map at this point in the story; however, I have found one that spawns in the Merrow Ruins. Head there and clear the area of other enemies, except a single tremorclaw crab. Exit the submarine and get behind the crab to attack it with the knife, should only take two hits.

  I have finished the game and the crab doesn't appear there.

  If you've already beaten the game: in the big blue open area right to the north-east part of the Skeleton Reef warp point are two crabs that spawn. Kill one with your ship, then hop out and kill the other with Merryn

  If it makes things easier, it will count if you get the first hit with the sub and the second with the knife

  Can confirm, one hit ship, one slash with the knife counts for the achievement.
