During the entire game there are 2 sections with sirens (mermaids). Simply beat the game without laying a finger on the sirens at all. I.E just safely jump your way past. Note* you will need to complete the game and let the credits roll to get this to pop. Also when I got it I beat the full game via getting all 5 tears but you can continue as much as you like :)
