From the main menu, go to
Story, then
TLC. Scroll down and you will find four video games:
Feed Me Munchy,
Intergalactic Space Princess,
Assault Android Cactus, and
Satellite Reign. Each of them cost
12 recycling points. Simply play the game and pick up the recycling symbols in each level. Once you have 12 go back to this area of the store and buy any of the four video games. After you've done that, the achievement will unlock!
