When in Goat MMO, you can hit cn_back for a map of the area. You have to enter areas to "discover" them in MMO fashion, so use the map inside the spoiler for reference if you have not previously visited the mentioned locations in the following guide:

This achievement is gained in Twistram at the north-central part of the map.

The topmost little nub on the northeastern coast of the town is a dock with a boat waiting there for you. Simply hop in and get your achievement.
