If followed correctly, this guide can earn you a guaranteed minimum of 6 achievements in 8 minutes with minimal effort.
Significantly more if you have the patience to sit through additional games or higher difficulties.

In Single Player, choose "Play Scenario" and from there select "Beta Centauri". This is a custom game mode with two tweaks to the game; Barbarians spawn constantly from camps to harass you, and all Research besides Future Technology is completed for all Civilizations, preventing a Technology Victory by Space Flight.

Choose Cheiftain Difficulty. On this difficulty it's easy to win without ever expanding into Barbarians (starting their harassment) or other Civilizations.

Choose a Civilization. It doesn't matter what you choose since you're looking at an easy win anyway, so go for the one you haven't gotten an achievement for yet, OR if you don't care and would just like some slightly better chances or would like to go a bit faster, pick the Americans (+2% Gold Interest, +1 Plains Food, x3 Factory Production) or Zulu (Rapid Growth, +50% Gold).

Found your City immediately, switch from Research to Gold, and immediately start work on a Courthouse. This should open you up to as many resources as possible as soon as possible. Rush if you can.

You begin with a Modern Infantry. Just leave it alone in case Barbarians show up.

Build a Granary. This should give you an early Population boost. Rush if you can. From here, switch your Worker Management to "Production" and leave it that way, this'll speed up production on your key buildings. If for whatever reason you do not have the option to build one of the buildings specified in this guide, just skip it and immediately start on the next one.

The Culture Advisor should start warning you that your people are becoming "Uncivilized" or "Disgusting". Just ignore her.

When you are rewarded Settlers, just tell them to "Join City".

Build a Harbor. This will give you a MASSIVE Population boost if you are near water (and you probably will be). Rush if you can.

Build an Aqueduct. Rush if you can.

Build a Factory. Rush if you can.

Build a Trading Post. With the Factory up, your Gold producing buildings should go up in just a couple turns or so. Rush if you can.

Build a Market. Rush if you can.

Build a Bank. Rush if you can.

Build the Internet Wonder. This is the biggest step. It costs a starting 750 Production to erect, however your massive Population and Factory should shave it down to under 20 turns, you can Rush it too if you have the Gold.

SAVE. Once you have the Internet, put the brake on Production. Switch Worker Management to "Gold", then start building the Hanging Gardens Wonder. Don't Rush it because your Population should be exploding so fast it'll be done in just a couple turns.

Afterwards, just wait. Sit and accumulate Gold.

By this point you should be pulling well over 6 TIMES your Gold production and be earning anywhere from +500 to +1500 Gold per turn.

Build the World Bank Wonder! Once you slam into the 20000 Gold Milestone, start building the World Bank. You could switch to Production, but it should finish in one turn.

And there you go. Chances are you just spent 8 minutes to get a mess of achievements, by mainly just pressing the B button and without a whisper from any enemies.

This build ALSO works on Deity difficulty very well, however it is significantly more time consuming.

The differences are two-fold:

First off, you'll get hammered by Barbarians early on and constantly. They stand no chance against your Modern Infantry, so you can ignore them while your Modern Infantry just stands in your city and feeds on them.

Secondly, because the Barbarians trample your resources, you'll gather noticeably slower, allowing other Civilizations the time to expand large enough to find you.

Play peaceful if you want, but you're pretty much guaranteed to incur their wrath while you're building the Internet. Fortunately, your Modern Infantry is fat on buffs from the Barbarians. Build a couple more Modern Infantry and a Wall, make an Army and just sit and absorb the blows. Because they'll be trampling your resources, it will take longer, but you can still pull an Economic Victory with little effort in this way, it'll just take a fair bit of patience.
