  As all achievements, this achievement is story related, No need for a guide if you don't like spoilers.
  
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***
  This chapter will start with yourself talking to either Selina or to Harvey, depending on who you saved during the previous ending bit of the previous episode. Either way, you end up in Harvey's room. He will be burned pretty badly if you chose to save Selina. You will get the option to turn the TV off or to leave it on.
  
  Some Batman symbol will appear from the GCPD office, so you'd better get going. You will have a conversation with Gordon about Dent (new mayor and Montoya). You will get the option to either travel for Dent, or for Montoya, to help out.

  The disc does not unlock the season pass and they have washed their hands of the responsibility. They will take your money for the disc, knowing it doesn't give you access anymore
