How to unlock the Hero of Thyme achievement

    Not a full guide, just some tips for the final level, The Peckering as we had a lot of trouble.

    We did it in 2 player co-op.

    Tips:
    The trick was to stock up on tomatoes at the end of round/stage/platform 1 for use in the following 3 stages.

    Have tomatoes ready for the 3rd stage where the player on the right has to make Pizza's and its difficult to reach the tomatoes from the right building.

    Before stage 3 starts, make sure the player on the left has a plate ready, this will make getting the first fish and chips ready a lot quicker/easier.

    Before the final stage, the player on the left can try and prepare some fish and chips and tomato soup and have them ready to go on as soon as the stage starts. You can also get a pizza base ready if you have the time.

    This few tips will hopefully save you time, and it will take a few goes, but practice makes perfect.

    Below is a video I streamed to Twitch while completing it. No sound was recorded for some reason and my video editing skills are non existent, but this might be some help to any of you struggling with that final level.

    mrbellekThe achievement for this was delayed for me. I waited until after the credits, but it only popped randomly after I went to see king Onion again in the center of the map.

    This achievement is for completing all six worlds including the final showdown against the ever peckish. The final level is 12 minutes long and is a 4 stage boss fight featuring every food in the game. You will need in the vicinity of 71 stars and to complete all prior levels (up to and including 6-4) with minimum one star for the final boss.

    I had the following times left after each stage in 2 player co-op:
    Stage 1: 10:20
    Stage 2: 07:30
    Stage 3: 03:30
    Stage 4: 00:29 (complete!)

    Be aware that this achievement appears to be the only one in the game that does not unlock for anyone other than player 1.

    SmackerlyIf anyone is still having an issue with this I did beat the boss a second time and the achievements did pop. I don't know if it was just timing but a second beat seems to do the job.

    Darkness727420It's 16 minutes for solo players. It's no one's fault but all these guides and solutions are for co-op players. Doesn't exactly help me at times...
