  This achievement is awarded for getting to round 21 in under 32 minutes. This is easiest to do in solo.
  
  There is a bit of luck involved with this achievement but it is still doable even if you get fairly unlucky with drops or the box. If at any time you want to check what time you are at just hit the back button and the clock will show you.
  
  To start off I'd recommend immediately knifing zombies as soon as the match starts to get the rounds going as fast as possible and not worry about points. Try to stay in the first room as long as you can (I'd say until round 6 or so is good) using the RK5 to try and get the early rounds done quickly. Once you feel you need to go, make your way out off spawn, through the department store and into the infirmary.
  
  Make sure you grab the shield parts and turn on the power as you move through the department store, infirmary and into the Armory. If you do not know where these can be found then I'd recommend looking them up online somewhere.
  
  The armory is where we will be spending the majority of the time. As soon as you enter the supply depot side coming from the power room, head all the way up the stairs towards the bridge at the top. You can sit in the corner at the top here and and kill zombies as they come at you from the window on the side and the stairs. Feel free to move around this area as well as it can get pretty cluttered in the later rounds.
  
  I'd recommend buying the argus on the other side of the bridge in the infirmary once you get 1100 points then spinning the box to get better weapons. Make sure you also definitely have Juggernog and Quick Revive once you get the points then the last two perks are up to you. Personally I like getting Double Tap (which can be found in the Tank Factory, and Speed Cola (Located in the end of the supply depot).
  
  Just setup in the Armory and Infirmary area until round 21 and you should hopefully get to round 21 in under 32 minutes.
  
  Some useful tips:
  - When the manglers or valkyrie drones start spawning, I'd recommend moving over to the Infirmary area where it is more spacious and you can freely move.
  - Box guns can make this infinitely easier so I'd recommend you try spinning for either of the Ray guns or a high damage weapon like the Drakon, which is a 1 shot headshot up to round 20.
  -If you feel like you are even close to getting overran just buy the bridge and train the zombies around in the Infirmary. Going down and having to rebuy perks is a huge waste of time so try not to.

  Does Round Robin affect this? I've skimmed most of the guides here, and no one has recommended using Round Robin as a gobblegum. I'd figure it helps out a ton since you could skip 4-5 rounds at least. I'm guessing no one lists it because the Gobblegum was added in the following DLC and all these solutions were written before that? Can any confirm?

  To answer my own question, Round Robbin' works, and it works wonders. Got this handily in 20:51. It'd go even faster if you had 4 people running Round Robbin'.

  All in One Guide <28 minute strategy - Mega/No Mega GobbleGum Set-up - Camping Spots

  My Round 20 Time Attack Strategy can get you times faster than 28 minutes if executed properly. To get the achievement you must complete Round 20 in under 32 minutes. I go full in depth in my video on what I do, what weapons I use, weapon kits setups, gobblegums, routes and perks I use.
  
  

  
  The new strategy I use starts at 3:18 in the video and I've gotten several sub 25 minute runs using it. My fastest run using it is one of the fastest times out there: 22:30 with No Mega Gumballs. The video here has a 24:08 run as an example. It covers everything I have to say but for those that prefer reading or if you just want more clarity, click the spoiler tag.   The perfect GobbleGum setup that incorporates Megas in my opinion:
  -Stock Option
  -Alchemical Antithesis
  -Fatal Contraption/Kill Joy/Dead of Nuclear Winter
  -Perkaholic
  -Wall Power/Crate Power/Ephemeral Enhancement
  
  Weapon Kits
  Ideally you want max weapon level for every gun to get the Fast Mags attachment and eliminate the dependency on Speed Cola but if you don't have it then customize your weapons as best as you can. Generally I run every attachment except Long Barrel and Grip (there are few exceptions) because most engagements in zombies are medium/close quarters and my accuracy isn't affected much without the Grip. I don't run Laser Sight on weapons that are already accurate without it. The main wall weapons I use in Time Attack runs are the RK5, Vesper, VMP, and the Argus. I like using Fast Mags and Laser sight on my RK5.
  
  Starting the Game - Round 5 Time Attack in 5:00
  I use this strategy until I hit the Round 5 Time Attack and then I leave the spawn. Immediately buy the RK5 and start at the GobbleGum machine. Buy a GobbleGum (if you can) and throw 2 grenades in the barrier beside it while the GobbleGum is being generated. After I pickup my GobbleGum I run to the window past the Challenge Boards and pick up any kills there. Then I swing by the Fountain window and head towards the Trench. After I sweep the Trench I head up the hill back towards my starting window and pick up any extras that came through, and double back through the middle picking up any stragglers. Basically it's all one big circle. I have never failed reaching the Round 5 Time Attack this way. You should only hit the GobbleGum machine twice going for Stock Option. If you don't get it that's fine. Don't be afraid to spam your trigger as ammo is very cheap.
  
  Subway Car Strategy (Round 6-20)
  As Round 6 is starting buy the spawn door then pick up Quick Revive so you can keep moving as you are drinking it. Head upstairs and buy the door going to the Operations Bunker. Pick up a Vesper (or a VMP after you turn on the Power). From here, buy the door to the Dragon Command Centre and turn on the Power. Now head into the Armory and into the Subway Car opposite the stairs that lead up to the Bridge. This is where you will be camping until you hit your Round 20 Time Attack. If you get overrun you have 2 barriers you can escape through. The zombie spawns are quick but not too insane, and it's nice having them all contained to one lane. The Valkyrie's are also super nice to you and funnel to the front of the car. Sitting all the way at the back gives you complete protection from them unless they move to the entrance of the car and hit you. Hit the box between rounds. If it's in the Infirmary, simply buy the bridge and hit the box, and go back to the car before zombies get you. You want to try and pull any of the following: Ray Gun Mk3, Drakon, Haymaker, Brecci, BRM, Dingo, Any Assault Rifle, PPSh. Also hit the GobbleGum machine between rounds for an Alchemical Antithesis. If you obtain any of these things you're set for the rest of the run. Using this spot I've obtained times: 24:05, 24:08, 24:36, 25:40. A friend who tried this his first time got under 28 minutes as well.
  
  Bridge Strategy (Round 6-20)
  Camp upstairs in the Armory at the Bridge and buy the Bridge when you get overrun. I'd sit right on the Bridge Lever so it's not out of reach if you need to make an escape. Circle all the way back to the Bridge through the Infirmary and the Department Store back to the Armory. The first time you circle through the Infirmary swap your second gun for an Argus and pick up Double Tap when you have time to do so. This is the strategy from here on out. My times at this spot have ranged from just under 28 minutes to just under 32 minutes.
  
  KN-44 Strategy (Round 6-20)
  The KN-44 is reliable, good for headshots, and ammo is right beside you on the wall, so ammo is not an issue using this spot. With that in mind, adjust your Gobblegum game plan accordingly. I'd have an In Plain Sight, Anywhere But Here!, or some kind of Mega Gobblegum that allows you to kill everything off if things get out of hand should you choose to run this area. A nice addition to this spot is you have a gobblegum machine right around the corner from your ammo. I wouldn't advise using this spot without Double Tap and either Speed Cola or Fast Mags. Using the Eye Beam trap takes care of most of the wave but it doesn't last forever. Zombies have a spawn point in both side rooms as well so you want to be patrolling those while you have the trap active. When the trap runs out it can get pretty crazy and waiting for it to recharge can feel like an eternity. Valkyrie drones also tend to pose a bit of a problem in this area. You could also train zombies down below near the broken wall if you want as it is one of the easier training spots but getting there from the Dragon console, down the ramp during the middle of a wave is almost impossible. If you have some sort of break I'd advise doing that training spot if your trap needs to recharge otherwise you are prone to getting overrun. After you've got your horde make your way back up, activate the trap, and start it all again. My times at this spot have ranged from 25 minutes to 30 minutes.
  
  Giant Arm Strategy (Round 6-??)
  Simply camp at the door beside Double Tap and turn on the Finger trap when you can. That way you only have to watch the window. In earlier rounds you are able to survive without turning on the trap. The zombies spawn insanely fast through this window so try to have the trap active as much as you can in order to turn your full attention to the window. You'd also want a decent weapon and to try and keep the window boarded up as much as possible. In my experience I have always been overrun using this spot even with a Ray Gun Mk3. I wanted to cover it because it can be a nice spot to fly through a few rounds in potentially less than a minute each whilst getting that handy Double Tap during your run. If you get in trouble or don't want to use it anymore, simply buy the door, pick up Double Tap, then use another strategy.
  
  Long Hall Strategy (Round 6-14)
  An easy spot to hold out that isn't long term is in a hallway leading to the Armory from the Third Floor of the Department Store. Use the Kuda and keep the window at the back near the barrier boarded up as much as possible. Buy ammo in between rounds.
  
  Recovering your Perks if you Go Down
  Immediately run to Juggernog and buy it, then head into the Operations Bunker. You should have kept the door leading up into the Infirmary from the Bunker closed. Hit the Electric Trap and then camp in the Bunker until it runs out/you hit the next round. This is a really safe recovery setup that I haven't had a problem with. When you leave the Bunker immediately replenish your Quick Revive and set back up in your camping spot that you are applying (Bridge/Subway Car/etc).
  
  Other Useful Tips
  -If you get a Nuke in early rounds, don't hit it right away. In my experience while it does kill zombies, the remaining zombies that spawn in spawn far apart and you have to spend an extra 20+ seconds sweeping the spawn looking for them. Wait as long as you can before you hit Nukes.
  -Get your GobbleGums/Box Hits/Perks/Ammo/Everything/Etc. in between rounds or whenever you have small bits of free time to do so. Time spent doing it during a wave is time spent not killing zombies and progressing rounds.
  -Ideally you want an LMG/Drakon/Ray Gun Mk3 paired with a Brecci/Haymaker/Argus.
  -Speed Cola is the riskiest perk to get on the map so I strongly advise having Fast Mags on instead. If you absolutely need Speed Cola, only do so when you are 100% safe.
  -You should replenish ammo every round as you will have more points than you can spend.
  -Avoid picking up Carpenters as this will only make it take longer for zombies to spawn in, wasting precious time.
  -Pick up the Code Cylinder if you see it drop. It counts as a power up drop and if you don't pick it up it's still included in the power up drop rotation, giving you less chances at useful power ups.

  I used Brecci for the first 16+ waves and then the Mark 3 and Brecci after that. A little lucky with the drops but not necessary.

  Got this achievement by camping in the Spawn Room by Quick Revive with the following Gobble gums:
  
  Dead of Nuclear Winter, Fatal Contraption, Kill Joy, Wall Power and Perkaholic.
  
  My advice would be to get the Packa-a-Punched RK5 and Sheiva by using Wall Power. Make sure to get rid of your starting pistol since it's not effective. Once you've got all those weapons get the Perkaholic.
  
  Once you've got all your Weapons and Perks from the Gobble gums I mentioned above keep hitting the Gumball machine to get either Dead of Nuclear Winter, Fatal Contraption or Killjoy. Use these Gummballs to help kill the zombies faster.
  
  There will be also a few Manglers that spawn occasionally so shoot them in the head to deal with them quickly. There's also these flying robots shoot them in the arms to make them self destruct.
  
  Overall this achievement is quite easy if you're decent at Zombies.

  I found this method myself too, then I found you posted about it, it's amazing! Don't know why would anyone downvote you. Also, I've done it in around 25 minutes. You can also say that friends can join your unranked game on round 20 so they also get the achievement. The free gum should be over today.
