  If you're missing the seed in the bottom right then it is located on an island right below The Summit telerouter. There should be a crystal on this island and the plant will be right at the center.

  The Summit telerouter is super high above the south pole. Try getting there from the Asteroids telerouter.

  Usually would not vote on such a basic solution, but you seem to get most of the plants through the course of the game...other than this one. Spot on.

  In case you are looking for the Gnarls, the are found on the floating island with the "Glowleaf Glade" telerouter. It was my last one and was a tad tricky to find without truly knowing.
