Once you have completed the main quest to meet the gang leaders you can then accept short missions from them.

These are like the repeatable faction ones from the main game and generally involve you killing a target, kidnapping someone or protecting gang members.

You may get offered jobs which conflict with your morals, such as abduct someone from Diamond City. If you do not want a task/don't like it just turn it down and talk to the leader again and they will offer another, randomly generated task. You can find out what's involved by asking what they want and who the target is.

As these take place in the Commonwealth and not Nuka-World it is best to accept one job from each leader simultaneously to cut down on load times. This way it's only 4 trips.

To keep it simple it's best to do this as soon as the game has you meeting all of the leaders.

    From cnirnava:

"It should be noted that there is a confirmed glitch which will cause these quests not to trigger / respawn in the current version of the game (v 1.7.12.0.1).

These quests should be available immediately after turning in the one prior.

The glitch (which I can confirm for myself) has to do with certain companions being with you. I had Gage with me. I was able to get the first quest with each gang, but upon turning it in, none of the gang leaders would offer me another one. I proceeded through the storyline checking back after every few sub-quests to see if there was another trigger. Nothing.

If you are effected by this glitch all you need to do is dismiss your companion, fast travel to one of the gang headquarters, and speak with them again. They should offer up a quest then and repeat once you turn it in.

I'm just putting this as a comment instead of a solution because I am sure they will release a patch soon to fix this."

Shadow XBLso go to Mags or Mason or Nisha. Run through all dialogue. Then they'll start giving you quests. If you have killed one of the factions, you'll only have two to use. Just FYI in case anyone was confused like me.

ThePuddingBirdJust got this, had Gage with me the entire time and it popped after handing the twelfth one in - I hadn't made any progress in the main story either. So it's probably been patched.

IyriclI've done like 15 quests but no achievement...I also reloaded it to an earlier save so I can do the raiders quest line but no mater what I do I can't get this achievement. Does home sweet home need to be done first??

CompanyOfWolvesNo you do not need to do Home Sweet Home, once you are given the quests to meet the leaders you then do the jobs, get one from each and head back to the Commonwealth to save on trips. If it's not working there is/was a known bug with Gage being an active companion preventing it from working.

THE ROXY BABECan anyone confirm whether this is done by doing quests for 1 particular faction or by completing them 12 total across them all?

Arashi SoraDid 12 quests and it's not unlocking. Don't see it as unlocked anywhere. Have been playing solo the whole time. Guess i'll just keep playing and will update this if it ever unlocks for me.

EDIT: Did another set of quests for the leaders and it unlocked on my 13 turn in. I have no idea which one I did previously didn't count.

Bellofante520Popped for me after 13. I even counted by going through completed quests and looking for "Return to Mags", "Return to Nisha" or "Return to Mason". Not sure why. I travel solo with no companions. Just keep doing the missions if it doesn't pop for you at 12. Great guide for how to get it done, just a glitchy achievement.
