Just got this in a game against my friend online. Start by locking your position on a defenseman before the game starts. What we did was get a 5v3 in his favor so that I had less defenders on the ice at one time. To do that i just flipped the puck over the boards in my own zone twice in a row. Once that was completed we noticed that if he went between the boards and the middle of the circle that none of my team would chase him. From there just go up to any player without the puck and use the tie up button, hold Y, and then had my friend pass the puck to the person I currently had tied up still. The game still game me the achievement with the person being tied up before the pass was made so hopefully this makes this easier for everyone else who still needing this
