If you play a lot of HUT, you will have no issues unlocking this at all. Even for a casual player who barely plays HUT this should be very easy to get.
Simply just do a lot of trading on the Auction House, and if you want to get fast you can just simply buy and resell the same things over and over again if you do not want to be involved in HUT.
If you are going for the other achievements such as complete the 50 sets of a master set, you will get this while working towards that as using the Auction House is pretty much needed. This is a very easy achievement and should come naturally just by being involved in and playing HUT
