Synergy replaces chemistry this year and you activate it by having x amount of players in your lineup with the same style. You can check the synergy of a player by flicking the right stick up on s highlighted player while your current progress to the synergies can be accessed by pressing y on your team menu.

The easiest synergy to collect is net front presence as it only requires three players which will cost around 1200 coins at most.

Go to the auction house and filter net front presence and max price 400 and buy the cheapest three players. Place them in your lineup and voila achievement unlocked. Any questions let me know
