  Easiest way to get this is to upgrade the Stun Gun or Tranq Rifle. Both only take 3 upgrades to the Magazine Size and a laser targeting attachment to the side rail to finish.
  
  *If you try another weapon, know that attachment slots do count toward fully upgrading.

  For anyone wondering how to upgrade the ammo capacity:
  Select your weapon of choice in your inventory.
  Press to examine.
  Press again to customize.
  Then scroll down to ammo capacity and spend some crafting parts to upgrade your gun.

  The attachment needs to be bought or found. I got mine from the vendor in Jensons apartment complex.

  PART 61: Ruthless Efficiency Achievement or Ruthless Efficiency Trophy. We'll need to completely upgrade a weapon. Let's take advantage of New Game + again and select the Stun Gun at the beginning of the campaign. We can buy crafting parts from the vendors in the video and then go to the vendor by Adam's apartment. We'll need to buy the laser sight upgrade and use crafting parts to upgrade the ammo capacity. This will unlock the Ruthless Efficiency Achievement or Ruthless Efficiency Trophy.
