    This achievement is missable.

You can unlock this during the main quest Dead Man's Party.

Once you have finished talking to the newlyweds with Shani, you may begin taking part in the festivities. There are a total of 10 events at the wedding. Each is marked on your mini-map, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding them. For this achievement, you must complete all 10. After completing 3 events, Geralt (Vlodimir) will take Shani into the barn to dance and Gaunter O'Dimm will arrive. Do not talk to him until you have completed all other events.

This achievement does not unlock until you have finished the quest.

RonnieHotdogSeems to be bugged. After completing all activities and the mission, nothing unlocked.

Ich Bin VielePretty much every single achievement that relates to handing in a quest is bugged, sadly. Always save before and try again.
    EDIT:
While what I said still does hold, in this case I made a mistake. I'm sharing here in case anyone else has the same issue. At the wedding, one of the optional activities is (apparently) at the same place as where you speak to O'Dimm. But the optional activity is on the roof of the barn, and the ladder there is on the outside of the hut. You will go up there with Shani, and you'll also find a Cow Gwent card. I was missing this optional activity because I assumed the mark on the map simply pointed to O'Dimm.

Vektor0What messed me up was the activity climbing up the ladder. Not only does its marker overlap with O'Dimm's (which is confusing), but you need to stay up there long enough for the dialog to finish.

Achievement popped for me after Vlodimir leaves, before searching for a present for Shani.

RuSsile86So I redid this mission approx 6 times back to back. Each time first doing the 6 optional/missable wedding activities so that I wouldn't get locked out; then the other 4 main before talking to Gaunter. You know by the 7th try of redoing it I just decided to give up and move on. I even restarted my console, refreshed my Internet connection, played around with the app store to make sure it worked.

Like I said, I moved on. About an hour and a half after the mission I was reorganizing my Gwent decks when randomly I get that Achievement notification letting me know I got it.
🤷 Better later than never I guess..

Christian DoeThe Witcher Fandom Wiki has a list of all the activities for tracking purposes:

To get this, you must complete the following:
    - interact with the woman sitting near the hog herding pen, by the tree
    - dance in front of the stage (merely entering within the radius will make him start dancing)
    - have a drink with the dwarves in the small tent inside the barn
    - head up to the hayloft of the barn (use ladder on the outside) and interact with the pillows here
    - interact with the woman standing near the barn's ladder
    - have a drink with the women around a small table (to the left of the initial gate entrance)

The rest are mandatory and therefore not missable:
    - search for the fire swallower and dog
    - participate in the "Slip in for a Slipper"
    - participate in the hog herding contest
    - play gwent with the halflings
