From the Main Menu under the Forge tab select build and load any map. Once in game press the 'O' key to open the object editor, under structures select Walls and spawn any wall. When the wall is spawned in press 'P' to open the object editor and expand the scripting tab, under the scripting tab add a new script and left click the new script.
Set the condition to On Timer and edit the initial delay to 1.0. Then switch the action to 'Move Offset' and edit any of the X Y or Z values once you're done with that save the map.
