For this achievement you need the Xbox Game DVR enabled.

1. In the Xbox App, go to Settings --> Game DVR and make sure it's turned ON.
2. Go back into Forge and make sure you have a Custom Map saved.
3. While in your map, press WINDOWS KEY + G and click the Camera Icon to take a screenshot.
4. You may need to go back into the Xbox App and choose "Upload" if it doesn't automatically.
5. Now go to Multiplayer --> Custom Game --> My Files, and click on your map
6. Click "Link Screenshots" and choose your screenshot that you just uploaded. You may need to save afterward.

If your screenshot doesn't show up, relaunch Halo 5: Forge and the Xbox App and it should show up the next time you try.
