Capped achievement in Halo 5: Forge (Win 10)
This achievement requires an Xbox One console to obtain.
I've tested this and it works on Xbox Series X and I'm told it works on Xbox One:
In Halo 5: Guardians, take a screenshot on your Xbox and upload it to Xbox live - it can be a screenshot of the menu, it doesn't have to be anything specific.
Load up Halo 5: Forge on PC, and go Forge > My Files > Choose your map > Link Screenshot. Your screenshot should be there ready to attach and save.
It does say it can take up to 5 minutes for a screenshot to show in H5:F, so if you don't see your screenshot, make sure it is actually uploaded to XBL from your console, then wait 5 minutes and see if it's there.
I've had people tell me the solution below doesn't work anymore (I can't do it either), but others say it works just fine. Fingers crossed it works for you!
This achievement is partly discontinued/unobtainable.
Previously, you would take a screenshot and upload it through the Xbox Console Companion App, but this app is being decommissioned and the upload feature has been disabled. Hopefully the new Xbox-PC ecosystem will return this functionality!
If you have an Xbox console, you can get the achievement by taking the screenshot and uploading it via your console, then going back into the game and attach the uploaded screenshot to the map from the main menu by going to My Files > Choose your map > Link screenshot.
I was unable to get this to work for a long time. The xbox app kept saying that the screenshots were from an unknown game, and thus couldn't upload them online to get the achievement.
The Solution for me was to uninstall the game, then reinstall. As soon as I did that I was finally able to take a new screenshot and get the xbox app to upload it right away
