Time to throw down with the Blue Witch. Before heading into this fight, the Red Witch will recommend saving and stocking up on Potions. I did that and made also had the following:

-Level 5 Bracelet (Gold Bracelet)
-Maximum of 7 Red Potions
-Maximum of 5 Blue Potions
-8/10 Spells (Wind, Fire, Water, Energy, Dig, Ground, Heal, and Barrier): Realistically, I only need to the Wind spell, but I had these available as well)

I brought all 7 Reds, 5 Blues, and a Yellow potion into the fight. It was more than enough considering I had been collecting almost everything up to that point (HP Boosts, MP Boosts, etc.).

The Battle is 2 Phases:
Phase 1 - The Blue Witch is sprite the same size as you. She moves with a little more speed, but not as annoying as the flies that spray fire or energy in 8 directions. Her 2 attacks are a fireball and an 8 fireball spread. Keep your distance and just take her down hit by hit. This fight is not too bad. I did not need any potions to get through this.

Phase 2 - The Blue Witch becomes a large boss monster. In addition to the 8 way fireball, she drops the upgraded blue flies that shoot energy in all 8 directions. My recommendation is simply to avoid them. Even if you destroy them, she will drop another one down. The arena for the fight is quite large, so there will likely be one in range of you most times. Try to stay relatively close to the Blue Witch and it shouldn't be too bad. I went through a few red potions during the fight, but I still had plenty in reserve.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend whether one attack type is "better" or "super-effective" against her. Without any true comparison point, I don't have data to say one way or the other. I stuck with the wind spell throughout since it was the cheapest. As a result, I did not need to use my Blue Potions.
