You can use various presets in Campaign and Gauntlet modes and can get this achievement in either.
For Campaign, start a new campaign and at the Campaign Difficulty screen, press
to make your own preset. Settings are irrelevant. Press
to save the preset, then press
to get back to the difficulty selection screen. Scroll down to your newly created preset and select it with
. Then start the campaign with any mech and loadout. Suicide and the achievement will pop at the Mission Failed screen.
