How to unlock the Madam achievement

    Actions
    This unlocks just after you enter the hidden cave in the field near the closed off air base. In the cave you can grab a hat and then pry lose some boards to free a bird in a cage. The roof will then collapse and you'll end up in the police station.

    You'll be offered a drink. Take it and sip it repeatedly until this achievement unlocks.

    TheDude722The description of this achievement is from a scene in the movie "Glengarry Glen Ross" when Alec Baldwin's character yells at Jack Lemmon's character to put that coffee down, coffee is for closers only.
