  Thanks to AgriusRage for helping me with this one. SPOILERS AHEAD.
  
  After you first go to the FBI you will meet your boss, then head to meet Halperin. You'll ride an elevator down. As the doors open look left to see a small red chair in the corridor. Go over and pick up the glasses that are sat on it - do this BEFORE progressing any further down the corridor or you'll miss them.
  
  Now much later on, after you find Halperin's locket there will be a number of scenes when you return to the FBI. In one of them you'll be sat in the room with the PA, look over at her and she will look at you and gesture. The achievement will pop then. This happens BEFORE you go to meet Halperin on top of the water tower for the last time.
  
  If you DON'T get the achievement at that point (and assuming you picked up the glasses) then it may also unlock right near the end of the game, when you find yourself sat down having a meal with the PA (after you end up in jail and take the drugs). So don't be alarmed if it doesn't pop in the first instance as it may well pop at the second attempt.

  First play-thru I stared at the PA hard as the OC originally noted ... but didn't get it. During the dinner sequence I clearly found eating peas more interesting as I never looked up. On a second play-thru I (again) stared at the PA outside the director's office and this time it popped. _shrug_

  Oh ... I'll mention one other thing: I missed this achievement during my initial play-thru and thought I could pick it up via the "select chapter" option. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like any of the collectible items are recognized while in chapter select ... no handkerchief, flowers, feathers, or ... the sunglasses. If you missed this, you'll have to start over again.

  Unlocked tonight after one last try. Deleted all old saves, including cloud backups. Unlocked at the PA's desk scene.

  This unlocked for me at the meal scene, look at her for a little while before interacting with the plate of food otherwise the scene will continue.

  If it doesn't pop in office, at the diner before eating your peas just stare at her until it pops. I stared at her for a solid 20 seconds before it finally popped. Maybe I just willed it to happen because my OCD hurts when my gamer score doesn't end in 0 or 5....
