How to unlock the Lemon achievement

At the bar before you sit and watch a band playing, there will be a red bandana folded just by the door to the right. Further on near the end, you'll show up sitting on a stool in the restaurant, LOOK at Susan the waitress as she'll be wearing it on her head and that's it. Achievement unlocked.

Make sure that you look directly at Susan wearing the bandana, though. I picked it up in the bar, but didn't see it when she was wearing it in the diner, so I didn't get the unlock.

This applies to several of the other achievements as well. The achievements for this game are all pretty unique in that the thing you need to do to get the achievement generally happens earlier, but you don't get the achievement until you actually see the effect later on.

Got this a bit earlier in the game. After the scene where your partner comes out of the gas station with the toy buffalo and leaves without you, eventually you'll be by yourself at a booth in the diner. Look at Susan behind the counter and she'll be wearing the bandana. The achievement unlocked here for me.

You can see her wearing the bandana a couple of times, the first time she is standing looking out of a window and the achievement won't unlock.

The second time when (after the toy buffalo and dream sequence) she is behind the counter and you are by yourself, it can unlock.

The third time is after you have taken the drugs and you find yourself sat at the counter, look at her and it can unlock there as well
