How to unlock the Meda achievement

I believe this is to do with accruing a large amount of mess (food and drink) in your apartment, and you do that be getting two items.

First of all, when you initially visit the diner look to your left and grab a small pack of tea from next to the sauces. Don't take too long to do this as the scene will shift.

Next, when you are in Halperin's car and she stops at the petrol station for the first time, she will get out and walk into the shop. You initially have to check under the sun visor on her side (it forces you to do this) but there is nothing there. Now check under the visor above where you are sat to find a pizza menu. Grab it. YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE CHECKING THE GLOVE BOX.

Now when you return to your apartment properly (not the first dream sequence) there will be a drawer full of teabags and a stack of pizza boxes in the kitchen. This should unlock when you look at them.

At least this is when I got it - so any alternative theories, let me know.

Calex dEUSI got the tea in the diner and thats it, nothing else. It popped after arresting the kid at the cave, and examining the evidence at the police station desk, she put one acid tab into an envelope and it popped when she got to her place in the next scene. Drawer had tea but no pizza boxes to be seen.

Beta vulgaris is the latin name for a beet so I have no idea wtf laugh

VirusTk GaMBitI had tea and pizza in the appartement when it unlocked. It could be possible that you just need one of these two ingredients to get it unlocked. But for me it unlocked after having interacted with both items earlier in the game. Would be interesting to see if "only pizza" would work as well.

smoli83Didn't unlock for me on my first playthrough where I only got the pizza, worked fine on second playthrough with both tea and pizza though.

o BumbleBear oFrom everything described above, I only grabbed a sachet in the diner and this popped for me.

I don't think it's a pack of tea you grab form the diner, I think it's a sachet of sugar. Which fist with the name of the achievement. "Beta vulgaris" is the latin name for Beet, which is the crop used to make sugar.

Epsilon FactorI had the packet of sugar but not the pizza menu. I got this achievement the first time I entered the apartment and looked at the flower vase.

lyricsoflifeTook a while to pop for me.
I think a lot of the cheevs on this game take a while to pop anyway for some reason.
I had both the sugar packet and the menu, so both were present in the apartment, but it took a good few minutes of staring at the drawer of packets, and then both piles of pizza boxes separately for it to finally register.
    Hope this helps someone!

Piemanns BakeryI picked up the sugar packet and the menu from the visor earlier in the game but I actually got the Mausoleum achievement unlocked for me at the point of entering the apartment, picking up the flyer from the floor and then heading towards the sugar packet drawer/pizza boxes. This achievement unlocked for me towards the end of the game when you wake in your apartment and the doorbell is buzzing, I walked over to the sugar packet drawer and the pizza boxes and looked there for a few seconds and it unlocked.
