Play all 45 trains during the game. They don't have to all be connected. Keep in mind that the "final turn" will pop up when you hit 2 trains left, so make sure you already have two matching colored trains to play on your final turn (or as commented below, use locomotives ["wilds"] so you don't have to worry about someone taking your spot on their last turn)
