  After the first hour one of Emily's' dolls Mr. Tatters will start to pop up. He will start his demonic laugh and as soon as you hear that stand still. Do not move either analog stick or it's over for you.
  
  Now, all you have to do is move between both starting rooms for 6 mins. If you hear his laugh and he is not in your direct line of sight do not move until you hear him sigh.
  
  
  Achievement is yours after the hour(6 minutes real time)

  I read this solution to solving the survive the hour, well 3 times now he (the clown) has attacked me and I was NOT!! moving either analog stick. I didn't press anything and he still got me and I kept switching rooms like the above solution says so. and I still keep getting caught :(( so far both Mr Tatters and Kiki are double teaming me. what doesn't help is that she can spawn in right behind you. anyways I am hoping to get this achievement soon.

  I finally got it. I just hid in the bathroom and let Mr Tatters & Kiki come to me. And they came solo every other minute. The best place to sit is in the corner (near the door and wall meet. NOT between sink, wall and door). Just keep panning your camera around and PRAY TO GOD they don't appear in different parts of the bathroom. I was lucky enough NOT to have to deal with them both at same time.

  Hello everybody! So this requires you to survive from 1 AM to 2AM.
  
  - Kiki is still active, and Mr. Tatters (the clown) joins the mix. Mr. Tatters has a sound queue that is a deep laugh. You have about three seconds to compose yourself and stop moving. Don't even move the camera.
  - After about 5 seconds, he will sigh and that's when he disappears. You can move freely now.
  - Standing in the corner of the kitchen across from the corner with the entrance into Emily's room can be very useful. It doesn't much matter where you are for Tatters, but if you keep a little bit of distance between your back and the actual corner there's a very high chance that kiki will spawn right behind you.
  - Just survive the hour (6 real time minutes) and the achievement will pop.
