    You can use the sliders to your advantage. Turn the AI acceleration and speed down low to 0% and their goalkeeper ability low to 0%, and increase your own speed, acceleration, and shot speed to about 70-80%. Should then be easy to waltz through the opposition's team and score a screamer with a defender. I used Chris Smalling of Man U to score a rocket from 30 yards out laugh

    This is a half cheat but I would recommend it to get the achievement. When you first load the game choose kick off then pick a 5-star team for you and a low-rank team for your opponent. Now go to settings and change their rank to amateur and if you want to make it really easy change the slider settings to 100 for you and 0 for the cpu. Now get into the game and get the ball to your CB and take a shot. Don't worry it may take 3-4 attempts but it will go in the back of the net eventually.
