Start a new manager career, on beginner difficulty/ easiest settings. Name for your manager and such don't really matter. As club, I chose Bayern Munich (Bundesliga 1, German competition).
Select no when they ask if you want to participate in a friendlies season.
This will be an all-in one guide for the 3 career related achievements. Whatever club you take, you will get 6 types of objectives, including one for brand exposure, financial and youth development. Those 3 are needed for an achievement. If there's more than 1 objective in a specific category, you'll only need to do 1 objective for the achievement to unlock.
I got the following 3 objectives:
- Reach 200 million Euro in shirt sales (brand exposure)
- Complete the season with a profit of 75 Million (financial)
- Give a midfielder coming from your youth scout a contract . (1 of the 2 youth development)
Now I'm not 100% sure that it will give you the same objectives each time. If you do not get 1 of the 3 objectives listed above, just try and get the ones that are listed and then find another good club (Barcalona, Real Madrid, Dortmund, Paris Saint Germain, Arsenal, Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool just to name a few) and see if they do give you that specific objective. For the youth development, I sent out a youth scout to search for players in the same region as Germany. I started to sim week by week until my scout found a few youth players. He found 2 of them to be precise. I couldn't figure out their position, so I gave both of them a contract. 1 of them was indeed a midfielder, so that gave me the strategic planning achievement.
Now for the other 2 achievements, I went to calender and simmed straight ahead until somewhere mid-February. By then I had both sold 200 million Euro in shirts and made a profit of 75 million. (Thus unlocking both of the other achievements).
