Not needed but I suggest wearing the ninja gear so zombies leave you alone (if on game pass, you have it in the safe house bathroom where you change clothes) and the magazine found in the bingo hall that increases your leadership skill. Bring them all back or at this point most likely they are all murdered by you.
No longer killing! Only saving!!Now you should have the following calls to do:
Tastes like chicken (save both people, one up on the awning and the other in the freezer)

Go to fortune park
Leave your 2 survivors in a mechanical room, the one directly to your right is easiest. Use
+
and close the door. Now they won't follow
Rock hero (Talk to the lead singer 3 or 4 times and they join easy. Park the 3 in the room with the others and go save in the center of fortune park.
[5/8]Wait until 8:05am (katey will die at 8:00am since you did not bring zombrex)
Bring all 5 with you to Royal Flush Plaza.
Bring them in to the save point which is directly ahead of you, beyond the giant craps table.
Now you have a save with all 5 in there, run up to
Kathy's Space (top floor, close to the exit to fortune city, use the escalator and not the stairs.) for the hidden quest
Shopping SpreeThey will only follow if you carry their shopping valuables.
