Ended my first playthrough with 91% and my second one (New Game +) with 99%. Tried reloading saves, restarting the xbox, deleting cache, opening achievement hub after picking up the last diary etc. Nothing has worked so far...

I am starting a fresh new game now and hopefully it will pop. If anyone has tips on how to unlock this glitched achievement, I would appreciate it.

Edit: It unlocked without any notification a few hours after posting this. I played up until "Smuggler's Hideout" on a new save before I turned off. I noticed the day after that it unlocked.

anybody stuck at 99%, your probably missing the *Requiem for Andrew Ryan Audio Diary. it can be found at Fort Forlic, in the Projection Booth of the Fleet Hall Theater (second floor). its easily missed because its locked when you first arrive.

I finished the game at 97%, missing: Welcome to Rapture / 1. New Year's Eve Alone; Medical Pavilion / 6. Love For Science; Rapture Central Control / 99. The Vita Chamber.

I started a NG+ on easy (which is almost god mode), grabbed "New Year's Eve Alone" and "Love For Science" after only a few minutes of running and gunning. After those two the xbox tracker said I was at 99%.

Here's the fun part: while in my NG+ easy game, I loaded a save at Hephaestus from my first play-through on normal difficulty. When the old save loaded, I ran into Ryan's office and picked up "The Vita Chamber" and the achievement popped. So I didn't have to replay all the way to Rapture Central Control. Hope that helps save someone time!

I can confirm as of June 2020 if it doesn't pop on your last audio diary then shutting the game down completely, then restarting your xbox and rebooting the game, then looking at your achievement list from the guide and selecting this achievement, and then finally going to the game hub does infact unlock it. It never popped onscreen but my gamerscore and achievement list were credited.

I couldn't get this to unlock even after weeks. Tried everything and stuck at 99%

My game got stuck at 99% yesterday. I double checked I had all 122 diaries, and I did. With other non-popping achievements I had been able to get them by visiting the “all achievements” page on the dash, as has been widely discussed. Not so for this one. I went and did another few achievements today and this evening started BioShock 2 Remastered. Then, bam! This achievement popped about 1 hour into BioShock 2. Weird, or what? I’m very happy that I don’t have to restart BS1. Thought I would just post for benefit of anyone else in this situation.
