There are 14 Power to the People stations.

Power to the People #1 (Ryan Amusements)
As you head to get the ticket.

Power to the People #2 (Ryan Amusements)
After you go past the family display.

Power to the People #3 (Pauper's Drop)
After reaching Journal 39, go out the door and down the stairs.

Power to the People #4 (Pauper's Drop)
Behind the stage at the rear of skid row.

Power to the People #5 (Pauper's Drop)
After you enter the hotel, you go through a hole turn left and there is a blue sheet. On the right there is the station.

Power to the People #6 (Siren Alley)
In Mermaid Lounge, travel up the stairs, hack the door and drop down a hole in the floor.

Power to the People #7 (Siren Alley)
You can find this one just before pump station 5

Power to the People #8 (Dionysus Park)
Locked behind a door - Code is 1080

Power to the People #9 (Dionysus Park)
As you travel towards the train.

Power to the People #10 (Fontaine Futuristics)
You must destroy the flying bot then you can enter the lab.

Power to the People #11 (Fontaine Futuristics)
Turn on the lights and it's at the bottom of the cell area.

Power to the People #12 (Persephone Outer)
It's directly to your left.

Power to the People #13 (Inner Persephone)
When you locate Sinclair and gain access to him, turn around it will be behind you.

Power to the People #14 (Inner Persephone)
After you pass though Ward B there will be a rocket turret, it is in this room.

Glitched out for me :(
Got all 14 but no achievement (I think it was because my internet connection was poor as I was downloading another game at the time, but I could be wrong)

Did pop in end bro for , you , I had GS co.e through like year later on xbox

Can u back track level or once u left area level that's it , I cannot remember from 36o

idk if this is helpful for anyone, but on my first easy playthrough, my power to the people achievement glitched. I deleted all my in game save files, and started my second playthrough on hard. I made a save before every power to the people machine, and then once I used the machine, I saved if a different spot, that way if the achievement glitched again, I'd have a save right before using each power to the people.

I activated every power to the people in my hard playthrough up until number 12 the Outer Persephone one. Using this one gave me the achievement, and I did not have to active the last 2 in the game in my hard playthrough.

(I did not end up using the decoy glitch on either playthrough for fear of it causing issues with achievements popping)
