    Story related, cannot be missed.

    After the Chapter finishes loading, move forward twice by using the Footprint icons. When John finds the Keys from the Commissioner, interact with the Vent behind the cardboard box to unlock the achievement.

    Firing DutchmanThis unlocked for me 1 day after completing the game. Needed to continue the story to get it registered properly.
