While you're working your way through Universe Mode you will come across various Pay-Per-View events. In January is the Royal Rumble. You do not need to play this this match, but pay attention to who wins it -- their name will appear in the match-card screen in place of "Royal Rumble" once it is completed.
If you do happen to play the Royal Rumble. It would be a good time to knock this achievement out as well:
When you get to Wrestlemainia, a March PPV, either by simulating or playing matches check the match card for that superstar that won the rumble. If they are not in the title match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship simply highlight the championship match, hit
to edit it and select "Participants" with
. Once in that menu select your controller as the challenger and choose for that participant to be the winner of that year's Royal Rumble match.
You may give yourself infinite finishers or adjust the match rules in the subsequent screen to make it a finisher match or whatever you so desire in order to ensure victory. If you happen to lose this match you can, rather than having to setup a new match, opt to select "Rematch" at the end out of the bout and upon winning will still receive this achievement.
