I found the easiest drift zone to get this on was "Cross Bridge" Drift Zone. It's located west of the Surfers Paradise festival. I turned off traction control and used a Nissan GTR (which happens to be AWD). You'll want a fast RWD car and you should get it in a few tries no problem. Just keep tapping/holding A while cornering and during the straightaways. You can get quite a few points by fishtailing back and forth on the straight portions of the zone.

I like this drift zone because you can smash into the walls and you won't go flying way off course and ruin the run.

This tutorial is for those who are possibly new to drifting or just having a hard time.

I also recommend taking your time and practicing as much as you can rather than become frustrated.

To score higher points you will need to focus on speed, angle and control. The better the angle the more points you will score. Practice and be patient.

If your like me and you don't like downloading tunes and manual shifting I recommend using using a rear wheel drive tuner with a lot of horsepower.

Some may disagree but I can assure that the Toyota Trueno Sprinter and the 1977 Toyota Celica are definitely some of the easiest to drift using automatic shifting.

I have linked some videos below if that should help you attain 3 stars if you are still struggling.

    Good Luck!

I am definitely no expert when it comes to drifting but I must say that it's easier to get this achievement than I thought.

I used the Ford Hoonigan "Hoonicorn" Mustang throughout all drift zones and when you turn of the stability control and the traction the car nearly drifts all by itself. In some zones it became necessary to do the E-Drift (Press B on your controller).

This car always got me 40,000 to 50,000 points in the first attempt. Good luck

GR34TD3STR0Y3RIf you don't have the DLC already the Hoonicorn is unattainable as of Sept 2020

GaimertronG90That's why I could never seem to get enough points. I had the stability kept on!
