This isn't necessarily a solution. But more of an attempt to help anyone who is having trouble getting this achievement.

Basically if your like me and don't have that many friends that are playing forza horizon 3 at the moment and are unable to get a bucket list challenge or unable to beat one, feel free to add me and go to the bucket list blueprint in north surfers paradise. It's the "mctintosh park" one.

It requires you to beat a speed trap of 15 miles an hour in a koenigsegg one:1 in under a minute. However it'll only take you around 30-40 seconds to get there as it's only really around the corner effectively.

Hopefully this helps some people out who are struggling to get this achievement.

Edit: So I decided to make a different bucket list where you didn't have to work your way off the grass at that start of the other one. It's virtually the same idea, the speed trap is just around the corner so it doesn't take long to complete, and the location is the "waterfall bridge" blueprint. It's just south-east of the Yarra Valley festival site and just to right of the top of the maroondah reservoir. It only requires you to do 10 miles or 16km.

You can repeat the same challenge over and over to get this. So once you find one you can complete, just repeat it 9 more times and you're done. You must beat the challenge for it to count.

For some info on blueprint bucket list challenges, you have to progress far enough in the campaign to unlock them. They show up on your map as a white icon with a blue border of a car with a pencil. Once you are given the opportunity to create your own bucket list blueprint, then the locations where you can play other people's bucket list blueprints will become available to you.

You may have to check a few different locations to find one where someone on your friends list has created a bucket list challenge. If the only option it gives you is to create a new bucket list challenge, then none of your friends have made one at that location. You might have to add extra people who play the game if you don't have many friends that play this game so that you'll have a higher chance of finding a location where you can play someone else's blueprint.

NZT21You can definitely repeat the same blueprint, I repeated the official FH3 blueprint (maybe being an official blueprint makes the difference?) mentioned in the other solution 10 times and got the achievement.

Expanding on other solutions, here's a method to get the achievement in around fifteen minutes with little difficulty.

Once you unlock the Apostles Overlook Community Blueprint Point (SE corner of the map, north along the coast from the Byron Bay Festival) there will be an Official FH3 bucket list called Leader of the Pack for hitting 193mph in the Lykan Hypersport. The challenge is a straight shot with no need to brake ending at a speed trap. The only catch is no rewind, but I've knocked out several with a sloppy start and still hit around 198mph.

Successfully repeating any community bucket list counts towards the achievement, so complete this challenge ten total times and you've got it in the bag.

EDIT: StubaJay adds this is best done on Manual. This is also how I completed it.

EDIT: NiBium adds “if you don't want to go manual, then turn right once you start and then past the tree/bush pull a U-turn left onto the road to give you an extra 50m or so. This should be enough to negate the gear change and you'll still have loads of time to reach the end.”
