How to unlock the ...jack achievement

    This achievement really is easy to do and takes no time at all. What I did was I purchased a chainsaw from the store and then starting walking to some nearby trees, using cn_B and holding until the tree came down. Just keep doing it until you get the achievement pop! You will also get the achievement for cutting down one tree as well!

    ChockaShockaStore access: On your controller, press cn_back, then cn_right until you see Chainsaws with a picture of a chainsaw. Press cn_A, then to buy press cn_A again.

    JimmyHead25It is also possible to cut the same tree more then once, starting at a high point and slowly working your way down the stump. I just popped mine only cutting down 8 stumps!

    acedawg4Cuts were not counting for me, but I figured out why. If you have the money cheat box, the cuts will not count. So I made a new game and cut down 3 trees into pieces getting all 50 cuts. As long as it's a full piece from blue to green in the reticle, it will count

    raidenhardcorecutting the same tree does not work for me i checked the progress in statistics and only 1 tree counts weird had to cut 50 trees for it to pop

    Goggs25Am i missing something i have chainsaw i walk to tree push up on d pad to get chainsaw out hold b and nothing it makes a noise that all it does it wont cut tree down at all angry

    Gerbasgameryeah doesn't work. Nothing happens. Tried it on all difficulties, with all chainsaws on both maps and on several different trees.

    NoobgamerValboyou have to tip the blade with left bumper hold in and using right stick, then position yourself so a blue ring appears on the tree

    CashinFor those struggling to cut the same stump multiple times.

    You need to cut it thick enough so that a log can be “dropped” if you cut it too thin it will disappear, thus saying you didn’t cut down a tree.

    Just tested it, got 9 registered “trees cut” and the achievement on one tree.

    qManballin@acedawg4 - I was able to get the achievement in the same save file as the modded cash boxes. I was also able to cut the same tree multiple times.

    As @Cashin said, make sure you are cutting the trees with chunks big enough to fall off the original stump. If you do just a sliver, the pieces won't count.

    My achievement unlocked at exactly 50 as shown on the statistics page. To get to the screen, START BUTTON -> RB x5. It should be in the left column 3rd from the bottom.
