You will need to cook and eat rabbit meat (as the description suggests). You can either keep wandering around for rabbits, or download my "Rabbit" world. If you're unsure how to get the worlds onto your PC/android/ios device, the following forum I started might help, otherwise there are plenty of youtube videos.

EASY difficulty or higher. Once in the world, Go to the crafting table and craft a furnace (fill all spots with cobblestone except for the one in the middle). Now place the furnace on the ground and place any piece of wood as fuel and the rabbit meat as an ingredient. Now collect the meat, run around a little to let your food bar drop a little. Then eat the meat. It sometimes would not unlock for me on some devices by doing this. If so, go to the sand to see that there are at least 2-3 rabbits still there, ready to get killed.
