    TokimoriCowThe only way I managed to unlock this after a 100% run was to start a new game with having all the DLC packs... You have to play through the first 3 missions (Epilouge, Mission 1-Assault on Jakku and Mission 2-Escape from the Finalizer) before Takodana is available in the Galaxy map. You are then free to select the mission "First Order Siege of Takodana". I completed the mission without collecting any of the Minikits and then did a Freeplay run and collected all of the Minikits in one run. Reminder the achievement won't pop until you've finished the mission and it counts up your Minikits. As a "safety" measure I also finished the Freeplay mission normally rather than "save and quit".

    Again you'll need the DLCs in order to do this "quick" method otherwise you won't have certain characters to interact with things to get the Minikits. Things like Dive section or Silver legos that require explosives.

    I ASK NO ONEI collected all the minikits and finished the level and no achievement. Freaking stupid Tell Tale Games devs always with the buggy achievements in these Lego games.

    CamanzarThis is just a bugged achievement for some it seems. I gave TokimoriCow's solution a try after failing to unlock this on my 100% clear, then again after playing through with dlc and grabbing 2 mini kits, then free play clear. 3rd time was Toki's way of free playing it with full 10 grabbed in free play, skipping nothing and playing till the end. It did not unlock for me. Hopefully it will randomly unlock in a week or so but I'm done replaying this. Good luck anyone with this bugged achievement.
