    Get multiple (recommend 3) players, or private windows/devices, in a game. Using one of the accounts, answer question wrong. Once in the killing Floor, use one of the following methods to survive the killing Floor:
    1) Take a picture of the screen, pause/unpause and solve the puzzle.
    2) Pause/unpause and answer questions quickly for points {mainly the math Floor}
    3) Use the other accounts to sabotage and guess correctly {for example poison the cup and now you know which one not to drink}

    This has to be done all in a single game/play through.

    I did this easy by playing by myself. I would answer a trivia question wrong and then solve the killing room puzzle. Did this three times in a row. As far as help on these puzzles you can take a photo of some, pause on the math part using a controller if you can't answer ten quickly enough or simply cut a finger off. The last option does count toward the achievement as well!

    I got this casually playing several rounds of the single player game. There's luck involved in the random selection of mini-games that you have to play, however so long as you encounter the maths/words puzzles quite early (whichever is your weakest subject) when fewer correct answers or letters are required and the Loser Wheel or Chalices don't wipe you out then 3 successful visits to The Killing Floor for Maths, Words, Memory, Patterns or Fingers isn't terribly challenging. The other mini-games don't occur in single player mode.

    Sometimes the Memory mini-game is easier to win by remembering the blank tiles instead of the red ones. Some people might find the Pattern game easier by remembering the colours or weapons as single letters instead of whole words (could even have enough time to quickly scribble them down if necessary).

    This achievement popped for me without appearing on screen; I only noticed it later in my history.
