    This artifact is located in the first part of chapter 5, "lost and found". When you reach a place with lots of undead Nazi's, blue tentacles, tents and barrels, you're in the right place. There should be a cave on the right side. Walk to the end of the tunnel with the orange crystals and the artifact is sitting on the end of this tunnel.
