    Story related achievement

    The access point is actually really annoying to find. I did a full recon of the mansions exterior before finding it.

    Anyway go to the main entrance, turn on detective mode and look above the doorway for a vent which can be pulled down with the Bat Claw

    Very simple when you know how.
