This one is a little misleading as you need to score at least 150 points and get a clean run. Tracks 5 and greater will not work even if you do a perfect run to the 100 points. Track 2 is easiest (IMHO) of the 150s, and 100 points less than track 1's 250point required for the "Extended Play" to trigger.

1.>Highlight the game on the GAME SELECT main menu and press Start (Menu Button)

2.>Set the game time to 2:30 (it'll still be less in game, but the clock is slower)

3.> Turn OIL SLICKS off. Then go back out to the main menu and start the game,

4.> Press Start (Menu Button) once to begin level selection. Tap the brakes once to select track 2.

5.> Press Start to begin the race.

With the time slowed and slicks off you only need to navigate the track in 2nd gear to get all 150 points (though I occasionally shifted in to 3rd on the long straightaway at the bottom). Hitting other cars does not penalize you, but it will cause you to lose control, so be wary. Once you reach 100, simply stop the car. If other cars run into you you still will spin, but won't move forward so just be away from the walls. When the remaining time runs out, "EXTENDED PLAY" will start, just let that time run out and the achievement will pop.
