There's a surprisingly easy way to find tourist beacons. Go here: eddb.io/attraction
Under Group, put Beacon.
Under Reference System, put wherever you want to start. Tip: Sol has 20 of them.
You can find these in-system by using your DSS honk, then looking for the suitcase in the system nav panel on the left. Some of them can be harder to find in systems, so if you're not finding one, move to another system.
You scan these by going up next to them and selecting them using
. Wait for the scan (bottom left of the HUD) to finish. Some tourist beacons are annoying, especially on planets.
